Body. Stopped. Working.
We are officially the House of Plague.
ebq will return from Paris and find the flat sealed and a red cross painted over the door, with the words 'lord have mercy' scrawled in a suspiciously childlike hand.
We have entirely different plagues, just to keep things interesting: mine's the kinda chilled to the bone, fluey onset variety, which better bloody not onset cos I actually have vaguely convincing reasons to need to be in work tomorrow- we've got our first new resident for many months moving in & I'm supposed to be doing the whole day's worth of induction crap.
I was exhausted to the point of immobilisation by the time I staggered back through the door last night & a trip out to Tesco's was nearly more than I could cope with this morning. Still, at least most of my intended fun & frolics for the weekend was over by that point.
My Last Full Tilt Ever (tm) was fun, although it's entirely posible I may have been slightly overdrunk at people & good to see the place busier than it's been for a while but dancing more would've been cool. London games were, as ever, sprawling and messy, but good fun this not withstanding- just like Runnymede C/A last saturday, my Sabbat game was truncated by the expedient of a survival instinct but there were many nice people around to chat with so that wasn't so bad. Today I was going to meander through various life admin tasks that have been lying neglected & read Transmetropolitans but right now all I wanna do is curl up and keep warm.
