went to see John Waters doing his one-man show (plus some burlesque-dancer opening act which I didn't really warm to) last Thursday which was pretty much a chronological discussion of his films interspersed with filth and thus very funny; managed to be excruciatingly socially inept when I ran into a couple of people I vaguely know there though.

Had a weekend of roleplaying which was fun (as I've been pretty shit at making it to any games for a while)- it was also really nice to (more or less) to spend a whole weekend in the same place rather than rushing between things and actually spending some time with people I only usually see more fleetingly
