had a really nice night Thu seeing some bands upstairs at Liberties in Camden: I's with A and a group of people I didn't really know and there was a load of people crammed into a pretty small space but they'd put out boxes of lego, penny sweets and paper & crayons on all of the tables which was great and the acts were really good too. There were five in total, I won't mention all although they all deserved it: we were there to see a guy called Nick Malvey who was amazing, he was kinda jazz/world influenced, made his guitar sound like he was playing two instruments and seemed like a lovely guy; my favourite though, were probably Soup whom (although the sound on the site doesn't do them justice) people should check out here, particularly the video halfway down the page

otherwise been good: at St. Peter's in Chertsey for my friend Layla's off-travelling leaving BBQ Fri night, turtledisc's birthday yesterday and today I finally managed to do a practise cycle to work & back which went well, including my first ever trip through Battersea Park which was extremely pleasant in the sun

yeah, they do them every Thu so I may have to head back there sometime

the titles are usually song lyrics but, yeah, I just didn't have the energy to think of an appropriate one this time!
